- Kindfulness cultivates lifelong social, emotional, and ecological learning (SEEL) through research and evidence-based techniques that teach students how to take care of themselves, their communities, and their environments.
- The Kindfulness Curriculum consists of:
- Weekly lessons (15-30 minutes)
- Daily routine (5-10 minutes)
- All lessons utilize the Understanding by Design® Framework
- Two options ensure developmental appropriateness:
- Grades K-2 track
- Grades 3-5 track
- Each lesson aligns to learning standards for:
- Some examples of mindfulness and SEEL skills include:
- awareness, accountability, resilience, respect, empathy

- These skills allow students to:
- navigate their emotions
- maintain healthy relationships
- make wise decisions they're proud of
- perform well in academics/extracurriculars
- Student development of mindfulness and SEEL skills allows teachers to:
- spend less time resolving behavioral issues and more time teaching
- experience a focused classroom of students who are ready to learn
- meet Common Core standards in creative and engaging ways
- experience less stress and more joy during the school day
